Supporting Our Veterans
Banner Program
Chris Taibinger, a veteran with 31 years of service in the Canadian Armed Forces, is associated with the promotional company OnePromo in Hanover, Ontario. After his military career, he sought to give back to fellow veterans and persuaded OnePromo's owner, Dan Bailey, to establish the Memorial Banner Project, which honours our freedom fighters by providing them with a name and face. This initiative started in 2013 and has since expanded to include numerous branches and communities across Canada, with over 120 programs currently active nationwide.

Veteran Service Dogs
In 2024 the program raised over $10,000.00 for the Canadian Veteran Service Dog Unit. This amazing program provides service dogs and ongoing training to veterans and First responders suffering PTSD.

Quilts of Valor
This program ensures that quilts are provided to those deserving.

Holiday Giving
Several senior and veteran homes were visited in 2024. Each parcel included generous donations of gifts and personal touches for those in need. These were presented by veterans.
Additional Programs
Through various fundraising activities such as raffle draws, golf tournaments, music events, and motorcycle parades featuring veterans, we have successfully generated thousands of dollars for Veterans' House Canada (The Andy Carswell Building), Homes for Heroes Kingston Veterans' Village, and the Canadian Veteran Service Dog Unit. In 2024, OnePromo contributed $25,000 to the Homeless Veterans Program - Leave the Streets Behind. This generous donation will provide essential support, housing, and resources to veterans in need, ensuring they receive the care and respect they deserve. This initiative is made possible by OnePromo's commitment to donate $10 from each banner sold.
