Apply to be a Vendor
We are excited to welcome local businesses, artisans, food vendors, and community organizations to be part of the Motorcycle Parade Event in Perth, Ontario, taking place on Saturday, September 26, 2026.
This event brings together riders, families, and visitors from across the region for a day of community spirit, remembrance, and celebration. Becoming a vendor is a great opportunity to showcase your products or services, connect with attendees, and support a meaningful local event.
Vendor spaces are limited and will be reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis, with an effort to offer a diverse mix of vendors. Please complete the application form below with as much detail as possible.
Vendor Fees
All money raised will be donated to Homes for Heros
10x10 - $300
5x10 - $200
Just a table - $75
Please note, our vendor fee is for the space only. Vendors are responsible for bringing all tables, tents, chairs etc.
Set up on the day after 1pm, vendors must be ready for 2pm. Tear down around 5pm.
