Halpin, W. Arthur

Art Halpin joined the RCAF in 1937 and retired in 1961. He served at numerous postings at pilot training schools with a 4 year posting at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. USA. At this latter posting, he was the Liasson with the USAF on the NORAD Project.
