Loftus, Francis James

Francis James Loftus served with the Canadian Armored Division - European Theatre. He was in the Tank Corps, in the Governor Generals Foot Guard, not by choice, but because he was brought up on a farm and had used heavy machinery. He served throughout Europe. He wasn't drafted until he was 29 years old by todays standards.
